All of us at JohnDow Industries wanted to reach out to our valued customers, partners, and friends.  We hope this message finds you, your families, and your teams healthy and safe.  With the fluid nature of the COVID-19 virus, we wanted to let you know how JohnDow is responding.  Many of our customers continue to need products and services, and we want you to know the JDI team is here to support your needs.

Our first priority is the continued good health and safety of our associates.  Following the recommendation of the CDC, we asked our associates who do not feel well or show any symptoms to stay home.  We are also actively encouraging our team to engage in social distancing, frequent hand washing, and frequent disinfecting of touched surfaces.  Our associates are responding well and following all the recommendations.

JohnDow is open for business, and continuing to process orders as efficiently as possible.  Some of our associates are now working from home, practicing social distancing.  Rest assured, all phone calls for these associates will be forwarded to their mobile numbers and we will work hard to have very little disruption of service.  During the past month, we have invested heavy in inventory to better prepare us to continue to service our customers through this crisis.  Should we experience any type of disruption that is out of our control, we will notify all of our customers immediately. 

We will work hard to stay healthy and safe, and remain vigilant in protecting our partnerships.  By working together, we will get through this current crisis.  Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
